UU Amherst will be holding a week-long day camp for kids to land during the last week of summer break!
Summer Curiosity Week will be a drop-off day program where hands-on play exploration is centered and kids are encouraged to try new hobbies, experiment, build, create and discover what sparks their curiosity.
This program is open to the public and available for kids in grades K–6 or the equivalent developmental level. Approximate daily program hours are: 9:00 am-3:30 pm with early drop-off and late pick-up available.
We are currently finalizing the costs, details and registration information but if you would like to be individually informed when this information goes live, please email Katie at: dfd@uuamherst.org. Looking ahead, we’ll need various volunteer sessions/positions including childcare, food prep, activity offerings and more.
Once we have a complete list of these needs, Katie Cosgrove, DFD will reach out to everyone to start organizing our structure.
