RAINBOW CAFÉ (starting June 21^st)

Opening Day, The Rainbow Cafe at the U presents-
Guest Speaker:
Shateer “Tee” Douglas From GENY

Tee currently serves as a member of the Board for Gender Equality New York, Inc (GENY) who’s mission is to support Transgender, Non-binary and intersex New Yorkers. He will be speaking on the current situation for the Trans community, the concerns that exist within/for these communities, and how gathering together in a safe haven can help. Please join us June 21st from 1-4pm to hear him and create this safe space.

    3^rd Saturday of Month, 1-4 pm

Relax, enjoy, be comfortable in this safe, sacred space made for the LGBTQIA+ community, friends and family. A place for conversation, a game or just to sit in the comfort of the Murray Room.  

Beverages & snacks freely offered (donations not refused 😊).

We hope to create a kind, caring community to help us all through the events in our country.  We hold concerns for ourselves and each other.  Let’s put them on the table, get them into the light together so we can help chase the darkness away.

Remember, we are all just walking each other home.
