Justice Advocacy’s vision is to provide advocacy and education to UU Amherst and in the community at large in light of the proposed changes in our country’s governmental structures. The long-term goal is to support vulnerable populations that would be negatively impacted.

The Team is doing these things through presenting educational programs, offering access to
seminars/workshops offered within UU Amherst and by other advocacy groups, and
informing involved members of petitions and actions they can take as individuals. This work also
involves networking with other churches, nonprofits and action groups to strengthen collaboration for
community good.
