Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a cost to attend the festival?
The festival is free and open to the public.
You may choose to purchase food from the Cheesy Chick food truck or Chilly Billy ice cream truck. You may also choose to purchase tickets for the Basket Raffle, designer clothing from the Boutique, or goods from our vendors.
Where do I park?
There is a large parking lot behind the church. If the lot is full, you will be directed to park at our neighbor, Gateway-Longview.
Will there be food and drink available?
The Cheesy Chick food truck will be on-site on Friday 5-7pm and Saturday 12-2pm and 5-7pm, along with the Chilly Billy ice cream truck Friday and Saturday 5-7pm.
We also have a water bottle filling station in the church lobby. Please bring your own water bottle and fill up to stay hydrated.
Where can I sit to eat or just relax?
There will be seating available in the Emerson Room, on the Patio, and at the Activities Tent. Please do not bring food into the Chapel.
You are also welcome to bring your own lawn chair or blanket and find a shady spot on the lawn or in the Ecology Center.
Is this event appropriate for children?
Of course! Children will enjoy many of the festival events and are always welcome throughout the festival.
Where are the restrooms?
There are restrooms with baby changing stations in both rooms in the main hallway of the church. There are also restrooms in the FD wing, up a short flight of stairs.
Do I have to wear a mask?
Currently masks are not mandated but are strongly recommended indoors; this could change based on local conditions.
What is a labyrinth? What do I do there?
We’re glad you asked! Our own Les Buhite explained this in detail at a recent church service. Please enjoy the video.
You said there’s goats.. is it a petting zoo?
The goats from Let’s Goat Buffalo can be viewed while they are busy chowing down on the invasive species in the Ecology Center, but this is not a hands-on experience for festival goers. Please be mindful and follow any directions given by the goats’ attendant.
