We often hear the phrase “My body is a temple” as a call to protect ourselves, to block out the bad and only let in the good. But in many spiritual traditions, temples are not fortresses. They are places of connection, mystery and transformation. Inspired by the philosophy of Alan Watts, we’ll explore what it means to be a temple that allows life to move through us and how creativity can help us stop resisting and start flowing, even with the things we would rather keep outside.
