What is the 3rd Living Green Festival?

Mission Statement: To Celebrate the beauty and resources of land and water in the Buffalo Bio-region, to educate ourselves and the community to embrace green alternatives to widespread destructive practices, and to invite wider participation in cherishing the interdependent web of all existence.

Short version: An Eco Festival for all who care about our world and want to build a better place.

When and where is it?

Saturday September 28th 12-6 pm. Setup available at 10:00 AM

UU AMHERST– 6320 Main Street Williamsville, NY (Across from ECC North)

Why should you participate?

  • It’s a great opportunity to meet with the community in a festive atmosphere.
  • Opportunity to sell Eco Products, or get people to support YOUR mission.
  • A chance to educate about the importance of your company, group or charity.

Vendor Pricing:

  • Free 10×10 Space for Non-Profits (if NOT selling products)
  • $10 10×10 Space for Non-Profits (if selling products)
  • $30 10×10 Space for Profits
  • $50 20×20 Space for Profits
  • $5 per table, if rental needed

Sponsorship Pricing: (Tax deductible donation)

  • $50 to sponsor a landscaping Goat, clearing invasive species in the Ecology Center. Sponsors will be acknowledged with a sign.
  • $100 Company Name on two sided signs on the Vendors Path.
  • $150 Company Name printed on Reusable bags given to participants.

What do I need to bring?

  • Folding table and chair, canopy if desired
  • Brochures, charts or information on your group
  • Optional activity for your booth that you would like to engage participants in

What else do I need to know?

  • Healthy Food will be available on-site (Vegan, Vegetarian too!) at very low cost. 
  • Meet a variety of “Green Minded” vendors
  • Visit the Goats and other Animal rescue friends
  • Huge Basket Raffle
  • Scavenger hunt to get traffic to vendors
  • Bounce house and fun crafts for kids and adults
  • Educational activities – Planting, Composting, recycling
