"The religion I grew up in didn't match my beliefs as I changed. When I owned my identity as a gay person and later adopted children, I knew that I needed to find a church where I could be honest with my children and my community;
a gay-friendly faith,
a gay-friendly church.

"I never thought
a church like this existed,
one in which
everyone was truly
welcomed & supported
in their own
spiritual journey."

"It's a liberal religion... so here I am, with pagan, earth-centered beliefs and my partner is a secular,
non-practicing Jew.
And we can both come here to participate in services, coming together with our differing beliefs. It's truly an interfaith experience.
And we were able to have our inter-faith wedding here in this lovely chapel.

"What religion am I?
I believe that all religions have some of the truth, and that no religion has all of the truth.
So I was looking for a tolerant faith, with respect for the environment and people's differences, a loving and
liberal church.
I guess I'm a Unitarian!"
