Growing Unitarian Universalist congregation in Williamsville, NY seeks a part-time Director of Family Programming. The position entails creating and managing connective opportunities for children, youth, families, and the larger congregation. The successful candidate will be willing to be part of a ministry team, coordinate volunteers, and balance autonomy and collaboration. Effective time management and computer skills (Google, Microsoft, Zoom) a must. Up to 20 hours per week. Flexible schedule with most Sunday mornings required.
